There is not a single mention in the document of the motorcycle as an acceptably viable form of transport going forward towards 2020. I am shocked that an environmentally friendly, low congestion mode of transported is completely ignored. As a regular motorcycle commuter through Dublin ,I believe motorcycle transport should considered as an integral part of the overall transport solution and that serious efforts should be made to encourage its safe use. Accessability to bus lanes, zero tolls, car driver education are just some things that can help.
