To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the steps that have been taken by his
department or agencies under its aegis to provide safe cycling routes to all primary and secondary
schools and third level colleges in pursuance of policy 4.1 of the National Cycle Policy Framework; and
if he anticipates that the target in that policy of providing all of these routes by 2020 will be met..
