To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the final outcome of the review of National
Cycling Policy Framework (NCPF) implementation which was at an interim stage in 2013; his proposals
in relation to completing the implementation of the 19 objectives and 109 actions of the NCPF, having
regard to the NCPF criteria for success (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the
matter.
